Barry & Laura Poole have been in the luxury motorcoach development business since 2007. Carolina Coastal Motorcoach Resort is their fifth development in the motorcoach industry and showcases the couples’ extensive experience in luxury site ownership and development. Living full time in their own motorcoach has given Barry and Laura a unique perspective on how to make the most of each site. They offer buyers over 30 years of combined motorcoach site development experience.

Louis & Annamaria Poole are Virginia Tech Engineers and licensed Contractors who have completed some of the most impressive homes in the motorcoach industry. They have a lengthy resume of projects, experience and development knowledge to help you get the most out of your RV site, pad, and Casita.
