The resort is in Brunswick County, North Carolina, just off U.S. Highway 211. It’s about 3 miles from Holden Beach (less than a 10-minute drive) and about 25 miles from both Wilmington and North Myrtle Beach.
Ownership is limited to Class A motorcoaches that are at least 32 feet long and not more than 12 years old at the time of RV site purchase. All coaches must have a current state inspection and remain road-worthy; vintage coaches require approval.
Yes. Purchasers receive a fee-simple deed to the site and may resell it whenever they wish.

Lakefront sites provide convenient pull-in pads and generous space for a one-bedroom Casita, plus outdoor-living features and the ability to personalize enhancements. Larger sites offer extra privacy and can be configured as pull-in, back-in or select pull-through pads.
Yes. Each pad is custom-designed with the owner to position the motorcoach, outdoor living areas and Casita exactly as you envision. The buildable space ensures every site feels spacious, private and integrated into the natural landscape.
The resort offers three one-bedroom Casita designs—The Courtyard, The Haven and The Veranda—to suit different preferences for outdoor and indoor living.
Yes. Golf carts are encouraged; they make it easy to visit neighbors, access amenities and enjoy the scenic views around the property.

The resort is approximately three miles from Holden Beach, making it a less-than-10-minute drive. It’s also about five miles off U.S. Highway 211 and roughly 25 miles from Wilmington and North Myrtle Beach.
Holden Beach is a quiet barrier island known for wide sandy beaches and peaceful ocean views. Visitors enjoy walking the shoreline, sunbathing, watching sunsets and exploring local attractions such as boat rides, fishing, fresh seafood restaurants, local shops and waterfront dining.
Nearby Brunswick Islands beaches include Holden Beach (closest to the resort), Ocean Isle Beach, Oak Island, Sunset Beach and Caswell Beach. Each offers its own combination of wide shoreline, family-friendly atmosphere, fishing piers and tranquil island charm.
The resort itself is built around a lake, and there are many nearby waterways: the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, Spring Lake Park, Lockwood Folly Inlet and the Sunset Harbor Boat Ramp. These features provide options for boating, fishing and scenic exploration.
The resort is just five minutes from the closest waterway. Guests can kayak through marshes, paddle along winding creeks, launch a boat for fishing or cruise the Intracoastal Waterway. Nearby waterways include the Intracoastal Waterway, Lockwood Folly River and Inlet, Shallotte River and Inlet, and the canals and channels around Holden Beach.

The Poole family—Barry and Laura Poole—have been in the luxury motorcoach development business since 2007. Carolina Coastal Motorcoach Resort is their fifth development. They live full-time in their own motorcoach and bring more than 30 years of combined experience to the project. Their children, Louis and Annamaria Poole, are engineers and licensed contractors who have built some of the motorcoach industry’s most impressive homes.
